Packing materials are included, and we can unpack and set up at the new place on request. If you'd rather pack yourself to save hours, that's fine too, just have boxes sealed and labeled before we arrive so the clock stays efficient.
Will you take apart and reassemble my furniture?
Yes, furniture disassembly and reassembly is part of every residential move at no separate charge. We break down bed frames, sectionals, tables, and modular shelving as needed to clear doorways and protect them in transit, then put everything back together in your new rooms. We bring our own tools, so beds are ready to sleep in and tables ready to use the same night. Specialty pieces like pianos, safes, and gym equipment are handled too, just flag them when you book so we send the right crew and equipment.
What does my condo or building need before move day?
Most managed buildings along Ventura Blvd and across the Valley ask for a certificate of insurance naming the property management company or HOA, which we provide, and many require a reserved elevator window or a specific move-in time. Book that slot at least a week out, since month-end windows fill fast. Send us your building's requirements when you book, or just give us the address, there's a good chance we've moved someone in or out of it before and already know the procedure.
Can you do a same-day or last-minute residential move?
Often, yes. We're open 7 days a week, 8AM-6PM, and same-day service is frequently available on select dates if you call before noon. That said, weekend slots fill first, so for a full-home move we recommend booking a couple of weeks ahead for a Saturday and about a week for a weekday date.
