Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before move day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and carry full liability and cargo insurance on every job.

How much does a local move cost?

Local moves are billed hourly. The rate depends on crew size and truck count. We provide a free, no-obligation quote in about 15 minutes over the phone or online.

Do you charge for packing materials?

Blankets, dollies, wardrobe boxes, and shrink wrap are all included at no extra charge. Cardboard boxes for packing your belongings are available for purchase.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–3 weeks for weekend moves and 1 week for weekday moves. Same-day availability exists on a first-come basis — call us to check.

Do you move pianos or safes?

Yes. We have specialty equipment and trained staff for heavy or fragile items including upright pianos, gun safes, and large artwork.

What if something is damaged?

We carry full cargo insurance. Any damage claim is processed quickly and fairly. Our low damage rate reflects how carefully we handle every item.

Do you offer storage?

We partner with secure local storage facilities and can coordinate short or long-term storage as part of your move.

Is there a minimum charge?

Local moves have a 2-hour minimum. Long-distance and specialty moves are quoted as flat rates.
